Join us for an evening with Dr Emma and Mahima as they discuss the role of self-compassion in both personal and professional lives, and how we can work towards being more compassionate towards ourselves in the new year.
Speaker Profile
Dr Emma Waddington
Dr Emma Waddington has 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and was based in the UK prior to moving to Singapore Since coming to Singapore, she ran a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy service within the National University Singapore (NUS) Masters of Clinical Psychology programme for two years and was an adjunct associate professor at NUS for five years.
Mahima Gupta Didwania
Mahima Gupta is a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and couples She is widely trained across numerous therapeutic modalities and is also a certified Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapist, Regression Therapist and Advanced EFT (Tapping) Practitioner She loves teaching and has conducted customised workshops for various institutions and the public.
