For the first time outside a global war, practitioners and service users all over the world are in the same storm, if not the exact same boat. Elements of burnout, anxiety, elevated stress, and despondence are pervasive, but this set of experiences is hard to name and address.
This session is an opportunity for us to collectively explore what we are going through and share tips on how we are riding through unprecedented times. As an SRP-only event, you will be in the company of practicing psychologists of all stripes. We hope that the synthesis of our ideas will shine a way forward for ourselves, and possibly our clients as well.
