Nicole graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a second major in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resources from Singapore Management University (SMU). She began her career doing Leadership and Organisational Development in the public service sector and is currently working in Change Management and Talent & Organisational Consulting.

She has been volunteering with SPS since 2020 and has contributed to various Publicity committees and projects. Outside of work and volunteering, she is a highly active person who spends her time exploring her interest in music, aerial arts, and spending time with family and friends.
