Darshini has practised as a Clinical Psychologist in Singapore since 2011, after completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology with the University of Melbourne and the National University of Singapore (NUS). She has worked extensively with individuals with diverse and complex clinical presentations in her practice, which has spanned tertiary psychiatric services, child protection/youth offending and residential services, community services, military services, global/regional/local corporate consultancy, and private health services.
Beyond her clinical practice, Darshini enjoys creating and implementing clinical programmes and services. She values growing the field of mental health and holds commitments to education and clinical supervision. Darshini teaches as an adjunct senior lecturer at the NUS Psychology Department, and supervises mental health practitioners across different settings.
