[10-11 February, 12 February 2020] The Competency-Based Clinical Supervision Skills Training is a 2-day skills-based workshop that provides participants with a thorough understanding of the principles and practice of effective clinical supervision. The Systems Perspective in Supervision is a 1-day workshop that provides a framework for clinicians, supervisors and managers to broaden their knowledge and skills in the theory and practice of systemic supervision.

[21-23 October 2019] The Family Therapy Workshop is a 3-day programme that equips therapists with a core set of skills in enabling their practice. Established theoretical and practical techniques will be introduced through engagement with real-world scenarios, demonstration, role play and practice.

Viriya Community Services will be organizing several training and conferences from September to November 2019. Alongside the 2-day ASIST workshop and diploma courses about bereavement care, trainers from Australia and USA will be invited in this year’s Supervision of Supervision 2019 Conference to share their knowledge and skills about trauma-informed practices.

[3-5 October 2019] The Together Against Stigma (TAS) conference is an international platform to discuss stigma issues that continue to plague people with mental health conditions, preventing them from seeking help, gaining acceptance in society and leading a productive life. Uniting against mental health stigma, the global community looks forward to keeping abreast of the latest developments, research outcomes and best practices in this field.

[24-26 October 2019] The 3-Day Next Gen EMDR Workshop is designed to enable participants to describe evolution of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), compare and contrast standard vs. neurological protocols and practice interventions. / [28 October 2019] (1) The Creative Interventions for Processing (Children, Teens, Adults) workshop is intended to help participants understand and apply modifications to EMDR interventions for children and teenagers; (2) the Critical Incident Desensitization Protocols (CIDP) workshop demonstrates the use of CIDP treatment intervention protocols for crisis intervention and trauma treatment.
