The workshop uses video vignettes to highlight stuckness and rupture in the supervisory relationship, which can present in terms of resistance, disengagement or lack of progress. The workshop provides frameworks and processes to (re)establish safety, align goals, and helpfully challenge supervisees to promote professional growth and safe and effective practice. Participants are guided through experiential exercises to consolidate learning into everyday supervisory practice.
This workshop provides knowledge and skills in six supervision competencies:
1. Knowledge and skills-building in relation to models of supervision, contracting, agenda
setting, monitoring, and evaluation.

to enhance the relationship, address ruptures, and promote safe and effective supervision.
3. Practice in facilitating and providing feedback that addresses supervisee’s competencies.
