Dr Ng graduated with a Doctor in Clinical Psychology from King’s College London, Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, as a Scholar under the NCSS Social Services Scholarship. Her clinical interests focus on mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders. She completed her specialist training in the highly specialised outpatient service in the United Kingdom for anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which has honed her expertise in these areas. As a practicing Principal Clinical Psychologist, she works closely with children, youths and adults with mental health difficulties. In addition to her clinical work, Dr Ng is committed to mentoring and supervising other psychologists. She is also a trainer and speaker on mental health issues and has developed many training workshops for the community and organisations. She is passionate in the promotion of good mental health practices through upstream preventive work in the community. She has been a volunteer with the SPS Register of Psychologists Committee since 2018.
