Eddie marries I-O psychology concepts with consulting to support client organisations on human capital needs analysis, followed by designing and implementing large-scale projects. This includes psychometrics, workshop delivery, competency design, change management, and people analytics to inform and effect organisational insights. He works as a consultant with an international I-O Psychology consultancy, and prior to this with other consultancies and United Nations. He has supported various Fortune 500 companies and MNCs globally across different sectors.

Eddie holds a MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from LSE. He is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist (CPBP), Registered Occupational Test User (RQTU) and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds multiple memberships with psychological associations. An advocate for youth empowerment and support, He has volunteered in varying capacities with different NGOs. In addition, he is a Rotarian as well as a Board Member with Spectra Secondary School. Besides that, He enjoys cooking, playing tennis, RPGs, and hotpot!
